The Facts About Unsolicited Calls During This State of Emergency

Did you know that unsolicited sales calls are now prohibited during this state of emergency?  This measure is to ensure residents “receive potentially life-saving notifications in real time, creating a safer Empire State …” said Governor Cuomo.

I find many unsolicited calls to be very bothersome.  Lately I have been inundated by calls from “Vacation specialists”, Air Duct cleaners, student loan companies, etc.  Well, during this state of emergency, these types of calls are to cease and desist.  We should all rest easy knowing that we should not be getting nuisance phone calls.

If you had recently had your home on the market or are thinking of selling your home, I might not be able to reach out to you at this moment, but YOU CAN CALL ME!  I am here to help and answer questions.

If you recently had your home on the market and it did not sell, it is a good idea to interview other agencies and see what they have to offer.  Not all real estate agencies are alike.  I can give you information about targeting buyers for your specific home.  We use aggressive marketing techniques designed to reach more potential buyers.

If you haven’t had your home on the market but are just thinking about listing it sometime in the future, call me.  I can give you information on the market in your specific area, offer tips on how to prepare for sale and, most importantly, how to avoid unnecessary expenditures while preparing for sale.  I offer a free valuation with no obligation.  I provide you with the information that you need so that you can sell according to your schedule and achieve the best price that the market will allow.

At the moment, the world seems upside down but the current circumstances will not last forever.  Eventually, we will emerge from our “house-arrest” and function normally again.  In the meantime, we can prepare for normalcy.  I can speak with you over the phone or through video conference and guide you through the various stages of the selling process.  I am able to provide sellers with virtual tours of their homes so that buyers can “walk through” the home without actually stepping in the front door.  Click here to see a virtual tour of a condominium that is currently on the market.  At the moment, many of us have a little extra time on our hands as we are locked in our homes.  It is a good time to get the information that you need now and prepare for when times get back to normal.  And they will.

Click here to get a rough idea about the current value of your home based upon public records.  This is a rough estimate and does not take into account your improvements.  A true estimate of value would need to come from a live professional, like me.
