Loving and Feeling Loved in Your New Home - Pride Month

As we are all quite aware, it's June and that means it's Pride Month. As a Realtor, it's my job to find my clients the perfect home, and for those of us in the gay community, finding the perfect neighborhood is just as important.
I am happy to announce that I am officially acting as my office's Deisgnated LBGTQ+ Realtor. If you are part of the gay community and moving to the Lower Hudson Valley and want to be accepted with open arms, then I'm your man. As a lifetime resident of this area, and an openly gay man, I am happy to share my knowledge and experience for my and my firm's clients. We not only want to be in love with our new home, but we want to feel loved too.
When we call somewhere "home" we know we feel comfortable there. After a long day at work, you want to come home and not have to worry about anything else in the world. For most people, that is easily achievable. But for others, society still has some catching up to do unfortunately to make it possible to achieve that goal. That's why my firm has created this position and appointed me to it. As a member of the National Association of Gay and Lesibian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP), my broker, J Philip Faranda has been and continues to be a helping hand for the LGBTQ+ community.
I look forward to helping my clients in the LGBTQ+ community know that they are loved and accepted in their new home, which really isn't all that much to ask for if you think about it. And for those reading this thinking about the move, always know you can reach out to me for any help that you need. I'll be here every step of the way to make sure you feel loved.
